What are you going to work on?

Europe in the World combines theoretical classes about political and cultural topics – with an editorial floor where you work professionally together.
(Some students vlogged about it; see examples here and here.

  • The editorial part is started in the fall by creating an own news website where the latest events around Brussels are shown.
  • In February, we begin creating an online magazine about foreign affairs and foreign policy.
  • When spring comes, the class is divided in groups to cover different corners of the continent. As real correspondents you will go to capitals and towns around Europe and produce our flagship multimedia Euroviews magazine.
  • The exam project is done individually or in pairs – projects that can be enriched by what has been learned during the EITW course. Many students go abroad; see examples here.
